The Minnesota Twins are one of many teams uncertain about whether they will be buyers or sellers at MLB’s Aug. 3 trade deadline.
If they’re in the same position they’re in now in two weeks, they’d be looking to add bullpen help and potentially a starting pitcher. If they’re selling, Ryan Jeffers and Joe Ryan would make interesting trade chips.
Next week, Twins expert Dan Hayes is going to try something new and evaluate your trade submissions. He’ll have a major-league executive and an agent evaluate your ideas to tell you whether they hold water.
So, send in your best, most realistic offers. Let’s have some fun with this. And know that any trade mentioning Louis Varland will be automatically disqualified.
