To enhance passenger amenities and modernise station infrastructure, Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of the South Coast Railway’s Visakhapatnam division, Lalit Bohra, inaugurated a premium tea and coffee outlet, ‘Deccan Chai’, at the Visakhapatnam Railway Station on Wednesday.Positioned near the bus bay area, the new catering facility’s contract has been awarded to M/s Karthik Food World, Visakhapatnam, for a duration of five years.During the inauguration, Mr. Bohra emphasised that the station is one of the busiest in the region and remains committed to offering passengers hygienic and high-quality food options from reputed brands.The outlet is now fully operational.
