Davido, the Grammy-nominated Nigerian singer, has disclosed that his monthly personal expenses while in Nigeria can reach between $200,000 and $300,000, excluding major costs such as his wife’s expenses, household upkeep, luxury cars and jewellery.
The Afrobeats star made the revelation during a live conversation on Davrel Twitch, on Tuesday, where he compared his spending habits in Nigeria with those in the United States.
According to Davido, he spends considerably less in America because his household is limited to himself, his wife and their children.
“I actually spend less in Yankee because I live with just me, my wife and my kids,” he said.
