U.S. stock futures were mostly higher this morning, with the Nasdaq 100 futures gaining around 100 points on Wednesday.

Shares of Phoenix Education Partners Inc (NYSE:PXED) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported third-quarter financial results and cut its FY26 sales guidance below estimates.

Phoenix Education reported quarterly earnings of $1.43 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.32 per share.

The company reported quarterly sales of $271.801 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $271.134 million.

Phoenix Education cut its FY2026 sales guidance from $1.025 billion-$1.035 billion to $1.020 billion-$1.025 billion.
