The Stratos Band delivers a sort of retro vibe harkening back to 1970s’ treatments (to my eye) but in a truly modern presentation. Featuring a slightly rounded link design, the entire exterior of the band is Titanium forward in your choice of black or natural to match your Apple Watch Ultra 2/3 perfectly.
But on the inside, it is wrapped with a more comfortable FKM rubber material and in your choice of a number of a different colors – you get a subtle splash of color popping through the links as the band wraps around your wrist. Plenty of cheap clone designs have landed since the Stratos launched, but this is the real thing.
There is also an Icy Blue Glow model, that replaces the interior FKM with Nomad glowing treatment that adds a distinct pop of illumination in between the Titanium links. This one carries a slightly more premium $209 sticker price, but it currently marked down to $167.
