The Delhi Cabinet has approved a Bill that will make time-bound delivery of government services a legal right for citizens, replacing the existing 2011 law with a technology-driven framework aimed at improving transparency, accountability and efficiency.The decision was taken at a Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Tuesday.
