Jul 15, 2026 – 5.06pmUnleashed by a $5 billion plan for a new terminal and runway, a multibillion-dollar wave of property development is kicking off around Perth Airport with retail outlets, entertainment venues, office space, along with aviation services in the pipeline.The first phase of that grand plan is underway, with early works being done to prepare the site at the Dunreath Green precinct, a 26-hectare parcel of land on the western side of the airport estate.
