The U.S. electric vehicle (EV) Average Transaction Price (ATP) declined 4.5% in June, despite the absence of Federal incentives for all-electric vehicles amid President Donald Trump‘s anti-EV stance.

Subcompact SUV Sales Surged 23%

In a report released by Kelley Blue Book on Monday, the ATP for vehicles in the U.S. during June increased less than 1% year over year to $49,758. The subcompact SUV segment, with an ATP of $31,113, jumped 23% YoY in June, while small and medium-sized pickup truck sales surged more than 12%, the report said.
