Helen was going out to the Bahamas to film the ITV show Shark! Celebrity Infested Waters at the time.Helen wasn't specific about the timing but the ITV show was believed to have been filmed in the months leading up to its premiere, which took place last July.Speaking about her loss, Helen said: "I had been dating someone who very suddenly got diagnosed with leukaemia. It was pretty serious from the start and he knew. The next day after that happened I had to fly out to the Bahamas to film the ITV shark documentary. I would call my best friend and sob down the phone about this lovely, beautiful man."The tragedy has made Helen believe that those who have died still exist around in some form to watch over those who are alive."He now comes through in my clairvoyancy readings – he's looking after me. I'd like to be a clairvoyant. I'd like to talk to dead people," she explained of her new found appreciation for clairvoyants."I went to this clairvoyant last week and she said, 'This is your ex boyfriend, and he died very suddenly after you started dating him. He's come into the room because he's not very happy about your situation."Speaking on the Mystic Mates podcast, she added: "I cried because it was wonderful to think this person, whom I didn't really know for that long, was there. He was angry that he'd left me looking for someone else and then finding someone else who wasn't suitable."This year, Helen split from businessman Dan Innes just months after he moved into her West London home."Helen and Dan have gone their separate ways. They had a whirlwind romance but their differences became apparent. It has been a difficult time for them both," a source shared of their decision to split.In the days following her split, Helen shared a number of quotes, hinting that she felt "disrespected". One quote she shared read: "I absolutely take responsibility for when I am wrong. But I will never apologise for responding to disrespect. If you lit the match, do not stand in the flames pretending to be the victim."Another repost shared: "I don't want my daughter to be like me. I want her to speak up sooner. Walk away faster. Trust herself deeper. Apologise less. Take up more space. Ask bigger questions. Dream louder.
