Bob Pusanik, NAB's Executive, Property & Strategic Sourcing, said the projects were designed to support both operational needs and employee collaboration.
"We were never just building offices," he said. "They needed to be places where colleagues felt proud to come to work, where they could connect easily with each other, and where the environment supported the quality of work we are asking our teams to deliver."
Established in 2019, NAB Vietnam has grown into one of the bank's technology and innovation hubs, with engineers, analysts and operations teams supporting global platforms.
