The candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the forthcoming Osun State governorship poll, Bola Oyebamiji, has described as a joke the demand by Governor Ademola Adeleke that notable APC leaders should be denied entry visas by the British High Commission over their alleged sponsorship of crimes in the state.
Oyebamiji said his party had lost many members to political killings allegedly perpetrated by members of the ruling party in the state.
He stated this in Osogbo, Osun State, on Tuesday while receiving a delegation from the British High Commission, who had paid him a visit.
He further alleged that during the 2022 governorship election, many members of the APC were killed, adding that the incidents were reported to police authorities across communities in the state.
