The Norway star returned home on Monday after his side's World Cup quarterfinal 1-2 defeat to England, turning heads as he stepped off the plane at Oslo Gardermoen Airport carrying the raccoon with its whiskey bottle in one hand and a Dolce & Gabbana tote bag in the other, Business Insider reported.

A photo of Haaland carrying the raccoon, captioned: "It followed me home," quickly went viral on his Instagram account, attracting more than four million likes.

It sold out soon after photos of Haaland holding the critter went viral, 7News reported.
