Tens of thousands of jubilant supporters packed the streets of Oslo on Monday, July 13, to welcome home Erling Haaland and the Norwegian national team after their historic World Cup campaign.
In videos seen by TNX Africa, crowds turned out to celebrate Norway's landmark tournament, which saw the team reach the men's World Cup quarter-finals for the first time in the nation's history.
Norway stunned five-time champions Brazil in the Round of 16 before eventually bowing out to England.
At the centre of the celebrations was star striker Erling Haaland, whose global profile soared after scoring seven goals during Norway's first World Cup appearance in 28 years.
