Three youths died after a two-wheeler they were riding hit a tree on the outskirts of Narsapuram village under Korukonda police limits in East Godavari district on Sunday (July 12, 2026) night.The incident occurred when the trio was on their way to Rajamahendravaram to buy food to celebrate the birthday of one of them.“Nakka Anjanna (30) and Sadipalli Veera Durga (26) died on the spot, while Kurram Naagu (24) died on the way to a hospital. All of them belonged to Gadarada in Korukonda mandal. All of them are unskilled workers,” Korukonda Circle Inspector S.V.V.S. Murthy said.The police have handed over the bodies to the families after post-mortem. A case has been registered and the investigation is on. Published - July 14, 2026 11:36 am IST
