Since graduating from university, Urope Bhatti has been working part-time as he figures out his career plans and finances.
With the high cost of living and a competitive job market, for many Gen Z, milestones like buying their first home can often feel out of reach.
However, Urope is in a better position than most. At the age of 23, he has already managed to save £25,000 towards his first home.

Urope, who lives in Southampton with his parents, has managed to save the money without any handouts or financial gifts. He was, however, given the initial push to start saving after his mum and dad opened a Child Trust Fund for him when he was born.
