The Wolverines’ other 13 scholarship players previously announced their intentions to remain at Michigan under new head coach Mike Boynton Jr.Because of the coaching change, Michigan players were granted a 15-day transfer portal window beginning July 15.Before suffering a season-ending ACL tear against Illinois in February, Cason was in the midst of a breakout campaign.
