Town Lane and Arcole Announce Acquisition of Amavida at Lakes Park

Town Lane (www.townlane.com), a real estate investment management firm, in conjunction with Arcole, its senior housing platform, announced the acquisition of Amavida at Lakes Park, a 2018 vintage, 386-unit Class A full-continuum community in Fort Myers, Florida. The acquisition was completed through an off-market transaction, with Life Care Services ("LCS"), one of the nation’s largest and most experienced senior housing operators, continuing as property manager post-acquisition.

Since launching in 2025, Town Lane and Arcole have assembled a portfolio of recent-vintage, full-continuum senior housing communities totaling approximately 1,500 units and over $500 million in gross asset value across Florida, Georgia, Illinois, and Texas - partnering with five of the sector’s highly respected property managers. Amavida at Lakes Park, the platform’s largest acquisition to date, reflects the platform’s strategy of acquiring Class A assets in growth markets with further upside through hands-on asset management and strategic capital deployment.

Located on a 32-acre campus adjacent to Lakes Regional Park and within minutes of several major healthcare providers, Amavida at Lakes Park serves one of Florida’s fastest-growing senior populations and offers a full continuum of care across independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The community features resort-style amenities, including multiple dining venues, a clubhouse, fitness and wellness offerings, pickleball and tennis courts, walking paths, and independent living cottages.
