Last week, while the couture shows happened in Paris, Fendi took things back to Rome. Maria Grazia Chiuri’s debut Fendi Couture collection, which took over the Galleria Nazionale d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, invited notable names into the rich history of the house. The Couture show was hosted in the same venue as a 1985 Fendi exhibition, organized by Karl Lagerfeld for his 20th anniversary at the brand, which Chiuri decided to replicate for the occasion.
