NewsUK NewsBedfordshire PolicePolice discovered the dead bodies of Nothabo Zandile Tshuma, 42, and daughters Natalie, 15, and Nala, aged five, at their home in Great Denham, Bedfordshire, last week17:35, 13 Jul 2026Updated 20:14, 13 Jul 2026A mum and her two children whose bodies were discovered at their home in Great Denham last week died as a result of blunt force trauma, a post-mortem examination has found.Police found Nothabo Zandile Tshuma, 42, and daughters Natalie, 15, and Nala, aged five, on Monday, July 6, after concerns were raised that the family had not been seen for several days.Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma has been charged with three counts of murder following the deaths of his wife and two daughters.The 45-year-old, also known as Mark, was arrested in Kensington, Johannesburg, on Friday after he was found to have fled the country two days before the bodies were discovered.The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) later confirmed it had authorised three charges of murder against him.On Monday, Bedfordshire Police said blunt-force trauma had been listed as the cause of death as Tshuma, a British citizen of Zimbabwean heritage, appeared in court in South Africa.He was remanded in custody after appearing at Johannesburg Magistrates' Court.
