Katy Hill made an appearance at Fearne Cotton's festival over the weekend, almost a decade after the 55-year-old turned her back on fame.Katy, who walked away from her on-screen career in 2017, as well as Blue Peter, fronted the likes of Top Of The Pops and Live & Kicking. She eventually retrained as a certified success and confidence coach.And over three decades after her on-screen debut, the former presenter was a guest at fellow Top Of The Pops presenter Fearne's wellness festival over the weekend. Taking to her Instagram in view of her 44,200 followers, Katy shared a string of behind-the-scenes snaps from the Happy Place festival, as she soaked in the atmosphere of the weekend.Captioning her post, she penned: "Behind the scenes! @happyplaceofficial 2026. The former presenter looked exactly the same as she rocked a brown blazer and boho-style dress, with her blonde hair styled into loose waves.On Blue Peter, the former presenter became known for her fearlessness, which included jumping out of planes, flying with the Red Arrows, and winning a BAFTA.After leaving the programme in 2001, she became a regular on Saturday mornings through Live & Kicking, as well as a year-long stint on Top Of The Pops, and presenting the weekend breakfast show on 95.8 Capital FM.Nowadays, though, Katy resides in Oxfordshire with her husband, telly star-turned-producer Trey Farley, and their children, Kaya, 19, and Akira, 15.Earlier this year, she opened up about her decision to walk away from broadcasting during her stint on the Heart Radio Breakfast Show. She said on Instagram: "I was living life by DEFAULT, not DESIGN. 'Success' but not on my terms."So I took action and did something about it! Many years of training and a LOT of qualifications later, I became an internationally certified COACH! Having got past fear in my own life to play bigger than I ever thought possible, I wanted to equip and empower others to as well."Katy also opened up last year about her time on Blue Peter and how while it was a dream job, she was left feeling insecure after a producer allegedly made a cruel comment about her weight."When I landed the job, somebody - and he's a really lovely guy, so I won't name him - but he was high up on the show, and he said to me 'Now, you need to think about it because you're a bigger girl and you don't carry yourself very well on camera'," she said on the Shall I Delete That? podcast.Article continues belowShe added: "I was a size 12-14. So imagine you're going on telly in front of 15 million people - you're already out-of-body terrified, and then someone's told you you don't move very well."
