President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived at the Hôtel National des Invalides in Paris, where a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing is beginning.

The summit is being co-chaired by French President Emmanuel Macron, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.
The meeting is expected to continue and strengthen agreements reached, in particular, during the G7 summit in Évian. Discussions will focus on reaffirming support for Ukraine’s defense, increasing pressure on Russia, including efforts to counter Russia’s shadow fleet, and advancing operational planning for security guarantees for Ukraine.
The summit will be attended by 23 heads of state and government from partner countries.
