Britney Spears Posts About Popping Out of G-Wagon Sunroof on L.A. Highway: ‘Nothing Is What It Seems’

The video of Brit dancing as she cruised down the 101 freeway last week caused concern about the safety of 44-year-old singer.

Britney Spears is responding to concerns about her safety after the 44-year-old “Gimme More” singer was spotted sticking the upper half of her body out of the sunroof of a G-Wagon last week while cruising down Los Angeles’ 101 Freeway. TMZ posted photos of the incident in which Spears was seen dancing half-in and half-out of the car as an unidentified man in a white cowboy hat drove the vehicle.
