Melissa Milstead Joins Ericsson Federal as Chief Legal Officer
With over two decades of legal and ethics leadership, veteran GovCon executive joins Ericsson Federal to anchor compliance and strategic growth.
Ericsson Federal Technologies Group (Ericsson Federal) is proud to welcome Melissa Milstead as Chief Legal Officer. A seasoned legal and compliance executive with more than 20 years of experience advising public and private sector organizations, Milstead will now lead Ericsson Federal’s Legal Affairs and Compliance organization and serve as Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors.

Milstead has deep expertise in government contracting, corporate compliance, ethics and anti-corruption, internal and government investigations, enterprise risk management, and global compliance program development. Prior to joining Ericsson Federal, Milstead served as Head of Compliance for the Americas at Ericsson, where she led a team responsible for advising business units, leadership, and customers on ethics, anti-corruption, and regulatory compliance matters across North and South America. In that role, she helped strengthen compliance frameworks and foster a culture of integrity across a diverse and complex operating environment.
