The reports claimed Holly declined and warned that she and Adam would ‘take a step back’ if she spoke about Holly’s pregnancy.‌The pair were once thought to be close, as Bethany, who has a nine-year-old son and a five-year-old daughter with her partner Daniel Rogerson, was one of Holly’s bridesmaids. She was the only member of Adam’s immediate family to attend the couple’s wedding last December amid a wider rift between the Olympic swimmer and his relatives.Adam is now reportedly caught in the middle and reportedly has been attempting to repair the relationship between his wife and sister. The latest row comes after months of public tension within the wider Peaty family.‌Adam’s mother, Caroline, did not attend his wedding. While his aunt, Louise Williams, criticised both Adam and Holly on social media and accused them of causing deep hurt within the family.At the time, Caroline spoke openly about how distressed she was by the breakdown in relations with her son. Before he got married, she did a lengthy interview where she said she held no ill will towards her son.‌"I know it’s the end. But please, the message I want Adam to hear is no matter what happens in the future, please know I love you, your dad loves you, you can come home and talk to me at any point," she said."There’s nothing you’ve done that I would not forgive.
