President Volodymyr Zelensky has submitted draft laws to the Verkhovna Rada for approval to extend martial law and general mobilization.
According to Ukrinform, the relevant draft laws are registered under Nos. 15401 and 15402.
Currently, the texts of the bills approving the presidential decrees On Extending the Term of Martial Law in Ukraine and On Extending the Term of General Mobilization have not been published on the Verkhovna Rada’s website.
According to previous decisions, martial law and general mobilization in Ukraine remain in effect until August 2, 2026. The Verkhovna Rada is expected to extend them for another 90 days—until October 31, 2026.
