Total Safety Supplies & Solutions Enters Next Phase of Growth as a Standalone Platform Business Under Mill Point Capital’s Ownership
Mill Point Capital LLC ("Mill Point") is pleased to announce the acquisition of Total Safety Supplies & Solutions, Inc. ("S&S" or the "Company"), a leading distributor of industrial maintenance, repair, and operations (“MRO”) products including safety, and personal protective equipment ("PPE"). The acquisition of S&S, a division of Total Safety U.S., Inc. (“Total Safety”), represents Mill Point’s 20th corporate carve-out and underscores Mill Point’s expertise and advanced capabilities with complex transaction structures.
S&S is a value-add distributor serving large end users and contractors across the utility, transportation, and downstream sectors. S&S consistently meets the demanding needs and complexities associated with these highly regulated sectors across its national network, distributing more than 65,000 mission-critical products. Many of the Company's customer relationships span multiple decades, reflecting S&S’s commitment to a best-in-class customer experience through its operational integration into customers' indirect supply chains and its network of more than 900 vendor managed inventory solutions.
