Shipments of air conditioners and related components from Wuhan, Hubei province to European markets have soared this summer, as the region grapples with a prolonged heatwave.
In June, the Wuhan China-Europe (Central Asia) freight train services transported 88.24 percent more air conditioners and parts year-on-year, according to local operator Wuhan Han'ou International Logistics.
