The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of LAWMA, Dr Muyiwa Gbadegesin, has noted that the additional compactors would significantly boost the Authority’s fleet, enhance operational efficiency, and improve service delivery.
LAWMA stated this in a statement over the weekend by its Director of Public Affairs, Mukaila Sanusi, obtained by The PUNCH.
According to the statement, Gbadegesin disclosed this during the deployment of 10 new compactor trucks by LAWMA to strengthen waste evacuation operations across Lagos State.
Speaking during the event, Gbadegesin expressed appreciation to the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority for donating the vehicles, describing the gesture as a demonstration of the Lagos State Government’s commitment to strengthening public service delivery through strategic inter-agency collaboration.
