BENIN CITY – THE management of Wellspring University in Benin City has promised quality health services through the training of competent and qualified health practitioners and professionals.

The Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Isaac Ajayi stated this at a press conference where he announced that the National Universities Commission (NUC) has approved five new programmes for the school.

He said the newly approved programmes are Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), B.Sc. Human Anatomy, B.Sc. Human Physiology, Bachelor of Health Information Management (BHIM) and Bachelor of Community Health Science (B.CHS.) and that they would take off in the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

Prof. Ajayi said over the years, the University has invested in quality academic programmes, state-of-the-art learning facilities, ICT-driven teaching and learning, research, staff development and a conducive learning environment.
