Novo Nordisk A/S (NVO), a global healthcare company best known for its diabetes and obesity treatments, reported new phase 3 data that could strengthen its position in the hemophilia market.TipRanks Welcomes a New ETF – NYSE:RANK TipRanks has entered a new arena in the investing world, powering the index of an ETF based on its unique data now trading under the ticker RANK on the NYSE. RANK tracks the performance of the TipRanks US Momentum Analysts Index, a rules-based index of 50 large U.S. companies.
The company said interim results from its FRONTIER4 extension study showed that denecimig, formerly known as Mim8, continued to deliver low bleeding rates across children, adolescents, and adults with hemophilia A. The treatment is currently under review by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
For NVO investors, the most important point is that the data support denecimig across a broad patient population and several dosing schedules. The study included 426 participants aged 1 and older, with or without factor VIII inhibitors, who received the treatment once weekly, once every two weeks, or once monthly.
Meanwhile, NVO shares rose 1.23% on Friday, closing at $49.48.
