Lindsey Graham, Republican Senator from South Carolina and a key Trump ally, died on Saturday, July 11. He was 71 years old. According to a statement reported in the New York Times, the senator died of a “brief and sudden illness” on Saturday evening, but no additional details have been shared. Graham had recently returned from a trip to Ukraine, and was supposed to appear on Meet the Press on Sunday before his death was announced.
