The founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo, on Sunday urged worshippers to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards ahead of the 2027 general elections, describing participation in the electoral process as a civic responsibility.
Oyedepo made the call while delivering a sermon titled, “Breaking the Curses of Life,” during a service at Canaanland, Ota, Ogun State.
Addressing the congregation, the cleric said Christians should actively participate in determining who governs the country rather than remaining indifferent to political processes.
“We have a civic responsibility as responsible citizens of our various nations,” he said.
“This church is today in 144 nations. Endeavour to secure your voter’s card. You are men and women of the Spirit and should know, based on your personal conviction, who to cast your vote for.”
