President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed Kharkiv's experience in supporting residents during wartime with Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
The President announced the meeting on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"The challenges facing the city are extremely serious – Kharkiv is under daily Russian terrorist attacks. Importantly, despite this, people in Kharkiv are receiving the assistance they need and the city services are responding swiftly. We discussed how interaction between the central, regional, and local authorities is organized, the key needs of our communities, and the prospects for implementing the decisions currently being prepared. The resilience plans must be implemented as quickly as possible," Zelensky wrote.
According to the President, Kharkiv's experience in supporting residents can also be applied in other Ukrainian cities and communities.
