Russian forces launched a drone attack on the town of Nikopol in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region in the afternoon of July 12, injuring four people.

Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Hanzha announced the attack on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"Four people were injured after Russians attacked Nikopol with drones," Hanzha said.

According to him, the injured persons include three men and one woman. Two of the men, aged 44 and 56, were hospitalized in moderate condition.

The attack also damaged a store and an unused building.
