Internal federal government records show that a controversial rehabilitation program remains beleaguered with concerns from military veterans struggling to get the care they were promised.
Over a period of three months earlier this year, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) received 1,200 “submissions” for “escalations” from staff all over the country as former retired military personnel faced delays and other issues.
