And boy, were they made to work for it. It was a Jude Bellingham masterclass as the Real Madrid man produced on the biggest stage yet again with two goals in a game England easily could have lost.Andreas Schjelderup had given Norway a shock lead against the run of play in the first half as he found the top corner with what looked like a cross.Bellingham then levelled shortly before the break, before Norway had a second goal disallowed not long after half-time due to an Erling Haaland foul.Into extra-time it went, but it only took three minutes for Bellingham to find the winner - and from there England hung on, in no small part thanks to another colossal defensive shift from Dan Burn. The main controversy that has emerged is whether the ball hit one of the spidercam wires before Bellingham's opening goal. Norway's goal kick appeared to strike the technology, but FIFA deny that that was the case. If it did, the goal shouldn't have stood. Meanwhile, Thomas Tuchel branded his England team 'lucky' and said they 'made life difficult' - only for Bellingham to hit back and say: 'Maybe he (Tuchel) doesn't know what it's like to play in those kind of conditions against Erling Haaland, Odegaard, Nusa, Sorloth.'Read Oliver Holt's match story HERE.
