George Cottrell, the man accused of supporting Nigel Farage, allegedly made undisclosed donations to Reform UK, it has been reported.
Cottrell allegedly used his own money to provide office costs totalling thousand of pounds for Reform after the last election and last year, The Sunday Times claims.
The crypto-gambler who was convicted of wire fraud in the US, allegedly used his bank card to buy computer tools and software for Reform UK’s staff but did not declare the donations contrary to election laws.
Cottrell also faces allegations that he provided staff, a London residence, and security for Farage before he became MP.
Reform and Farage have repeatedly denied any wrongdoing through accepting donations.
