Digital Extremes Reveals the Future of Warframe and Soulframe Alongside Millions of Players at Annual TennoCon Celebration

Warframe: Tau and Soulframe’s Warsongs Fable make debut in first-look gameplay demos during Digital Extremes’ TennoLive presentation; legendary actors Matthew Mercer and Ben Starr join Warframe and Soulframe cast, respectively

Digital Extremes celebrated 11 years of TennoCon with its record-breaking community celebration today attended by thousands of guests and streamed live to millions of fans around the world. Join more than 85 million other players and embark on the road ahead for Warframe, starting with the full gameplay reveal for Warframe: Tau, the next Narrative Chapter that takes players to an all-new Star Chart, the Tau System, launching for free on all platforms this year. Soulframealso debuted a new gameplay demo as part of the TennoLive finale, revealing a new corrupted player progression path, a fishing mini-game, and the long-anticipated mount system.

Additional Warframe reveals from TennoCon’s TennoLive presentation for Warframe included a first look at a new noir detective Warframe, Brysko, who features an internal monologue voiced by Matthew Mercer (The Legend of Vox Machina, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth); Warframe ‘s first-ever card mini-game, Portau, based on the mechanics of poker; and a fall update titled Iceblade of Narin. Additionally, Digital Extremes unveiled Citrine Prime Access, a new take on Warframe’s free battle pass, Nightwave, titled Shockwave, hosted by Protoframe Amir (Volt), and the Mesa Heirloom Collection as well as an official collaboration with Fortnite in partnership with Epic Games.
