Temporary road closures will affect several Durban streets on Sunday as the Absa Run Your City Durban race takes place, with motorists urged to allow extra travel time.
Motorists travelling through Durban on Sunday have been warned to expect temporary road closures and traffic disruptions as the city hosts its ninth Absa Run Your City Durban 10K race.
The Durban Metropolitan Police Service (DMPS) said temporary road closures and traffic restrictions would be implemented along the race route to ensure the safe movement of participants and the public.
The race will start at 7am on Masabalala Yengwa Avenue outside Moses Mabhida Stadium and will continue through the city before finishing at Sunkist Lawns on the Durban Promenade.
