At least 15 Indian tourists were killed after a boat carrying a group of Indian tourists capsized off Vietnam's southern island of Phu Quoc, according to local media.
According to Vietnam's VnExpress website, the boat had 36 people on board when it overturned approximately 400 meters off the coast of May Rut Ngoai islet.
Multiple tourist and coast guard boats participated in the rescue effort, during which some people were safely rescued from the water.
Twenty-one people were rescued, and all the dead were recovered, authorities said.
