MANILA, Philippines — Typhoon Inday (international name Bavi) exited the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Saturday morning, the state weather bureau said.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa)’s 10 a.m. outlook, the typhoon was outside the PAR as of 8 a.m.
