MANQOBA Mngqithi to coah Young Africans in Tanzania in the upcoming season.
Manqoba Mngqithi has been announced as the new head coach of Tanzanian giants Young Africans, with the club confirming his arrival on their social media platforms on Friday night.
Mngqithi recently parted ways with Golden Arrows after guiding the KwaZulu-Natal outfit to a top-eight finish in the Betway Premiership. His departure sparked widespread speculation on social media, with rumors linking him to various high-profile roles, including a potential reunion with Pitso Mosimane.
Mosimane had been heavily linked with a return to Bafana Bafana, and reports suggested Mngqithi was set to serve as his deputy, reviving a partnership that enjoyed a trophy-laden stint at Mamelodi Sundowns.
However, the 55-year-old tactician has instead chosen to test himself beyond South African borders by launching his international career in the Tanzanian Premier League with Yanga.
