Could you tell us about yourself?
I’m Rev. Sope Rufus, an entrepreneur who later answered God’s call into full-time ministry. I received my early training as a church musician under Rev. Felix Omobude at Four Square Gospel Church, Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos.
In 1992, I received a divine mandate to serve in God’s vineyard. In response to that calling, I enrolled at the Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary, Lagos, where I earned a Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) degree in 2004.
Driven by a passion for advancing God’s Kingdom, I furthered my education with a Master’s degree in Biblical Studies from the West African Theological Seminary, Ipaja, Lagos. I currently serve as the pastor of Zion Army Ministry, Ota. I’m happily married to a beautiful and God-fearing wife, and together we are blessed with wonderful children.
