New Delhi: A litigant was forcibly removed from the Supreme Court on Friday after he hurled abuses and threw documents in the courtroom during the hearing of his plea challenging an Allahabad High Court order.The incident occurred before a vacation bench of justices KV Viswanathan and Alok Aradhe. Appearing in person, the petitioner adopted an unusually aggressive tone during his submissions. "Mr judicial servant. I order you to order the registration of an FIR against the ACP... Lucknow," the litigant said at the outset of his submissions. Taken aback by the remark, justice Viswanathan asked, "You are ordering me? You are ordering us?" The litigant replied, "That is all from my side. Everything is on record."He then threw his case papers in the air and hurled verbal abuses. Security personnel immediately intervened and escorted him out of the courtroom.
