A cartoon exhibition of cartoonist H.S. Vishwanath will be organised at the Kannada Sahitya Bhavan in Belagavi on Saturday.The event will be organised by the Hasyakoota and Kannada Sahitya Bhavan Trust.Bengaluru-based Mr. Vishwanath will entertain people with his jokes.Senior advocate S.M.
