U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 100 points on Friday.

Shares of Fermi Inc (NASDAQ:FRMI) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company priced an upsized $375 million convertible senior notes offering with capped call transactions designed to reduce shareholder dilution.

Fermi shares dipped 20.4% to $5.83 in pre-market trading.
