On the afternoon of July 10, Russian forces attacked Konotop in the Sumy region; a 70-year-old man was injured, and a school, a hospital, and heating plants were damaged.
According to Ukrinform, Artem Semenikhin, the mayor of Konotop, reported this on Telegram.
“We’ve had an airstrike in the city center. A 70-year-old man was injured. A school, a hospital, and heating plants were damaged…,” Semenikhin said.

As reported by Ukrinform, nine people were injured in the Sumy region over the past 24 hours as a result of Russian attacks.
