CEBU CITY–Four domestic flights to and from the Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) were canceled on Friday due to volcanic ashfall from the eruption of Mt. Kanlaon, airport authorities said.

In a flight advisory around noon on Friday, MCIA said the canceled departures were to Masbate and Camiguin, and arrivals from the same areas:
