Madlanga Commission to hear evidence from witnesses N and O.
Madlanga Commission is set to hear evidence on Friday as witnesses prepare to testify about allegations involving the NPA's Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC), its head, Andrea Johnson, former NPA head Shamila Batohi and Crime Intelligence head Feroz Khan.
The commission will hear testimony from two witnesses identified only as Witness N and Witness O, whose evidence relates to the handling of a criminal complaint against Khan and the conduct of IDAC during its investigation. Their evidence will be heard in camera.
The witnesses are also expected to present allegations of interference by Batohi in matters linked to the case.
Before giving evidence, both witnesses will ask the commission for permission to testify partly in camera, arguing that sections of their testimony should remain confidential.
