France booked their place in the semi-finals of the 2026 FIFA World Cup with a 2-0 victory over Morocco in their quarter-final clash in Boston, USA, on Thursday.

Kylian Mbappé and Ousmane Dembélé scored in the second half as Les Bleus overcame a resilient Moroccan side to seal a last-four berth.

France dominated much of the contest and created several early chances but were repeatedly denied by Morocco goalkeeper Yassine Bounou.

The win sends the 2018 champions into a last-four showdown against either Spain or Belgium in Arlington, Texas, on Tuesday.
